Piece of advice: avoid these people! I bought a pair at their shop and asked them to shorten it for which I paid 15 chf extra. Two days later they wrote me an email that they sent two pairs, and asked me to send it back. When I received them none of them was shortened, so I sent both back and paid 7chf for the post. I leave in Fribourg, so visiting the shop would cost me train tickets as well. A few days later (on a Saturday) I referred to the shop and they had shortened a WRONG pair of jeans, which I was not interested in. A shopkeeper names Manuela said she cannot decide and people will call me to discuss. Then at 16:50 she called me and asked me to return and choose a new pair. My girlfriend and I arrived at 16:55 (they normally close at 17:00), I tried 3 pairs of jeans and chose one, but she went insane that I chose a slim fit this time, she put my trousers in a bag, and went to the door, and shouted to go away! and I said I paid more than the value of the trousers. She said you leave now or I will call the police... Long story short, I am making an official complaint because they literary stole my money, and time and were extremely rude! Piece of advice, avoid these people!
